Prior to his appointment, Mr Martin held various positions at the global headquarters of Siemens Audiology (Siemens Audiologische Technik) in Erlangen, Germany. These included Research and Development Project Leader, Head of Product Innovation Management and Vice President of Corporate Projects.

While bringing an international dimension to the Crawley-based company, he is already well-versed in the UK retail hearing aid market and has been involved in Siemens’ National Health Service (NHS) tender strategy for the past four years.
