Prior to this appointment, Paul was Executive Director for the National Savings & Investments account at Siemens Business Services (now Siemens IT Solutions and Services), where he was responsible for transforming the UK’s second largest investment institution from a paper intensive operation into a leading edge, e-enabled organisation of the future.

Paul joined Siemens in October 1995 as Director of Operations for Siemens Communications, where he was responsible for engineering development, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, quality management and business improvement.
