Graham Walker became CEO of Siemens Enterprise Communications Ltd on 1 October 2006 following a restructuring of the former Siemens Communications business.
Graham joined Siemens in 1978 as a graduate trainee and held posts in the central marketing, sales and commercial functions. A secondment to the Far East followed, with involvement in developing new business in China.
A brief sojourn outside of Siemens as Sales and Marketing Director of Torch Telecom ended in 1997, and he returned to Siemens Communications as Sales & Commercial Director. In 1999, the decision was made to merge the Sales and Marketing functions of the business, with Graham taking the helm as Director of the combined organisation.
In March 2002, Siemens Communications brought two parts of its Enterprise business closer together, by combining Enterprise Sales and Marketing and the Customer Service Division into one Enterprise Networks business. Graham became its Managing Director until becoming MD of the overall business in October 2002.
Michael Steinle was born and grew up in Germany and started his career at BSH in 1982 where he started as trainee in Siemens Home appliances in Munich and then continued as Sales Representative.
In 1987 Michael was appointed Key Account Manager in the Kitchen Retail business, followed by the position as Sales Director for the Built-in products. During 1996 to 1999 Michael was International Central Sales Officer for all brands in BSH followed by the position as Head of Bosch Home Appliances in Germany in 1999.
From 2002-2010 he was CEO of BSH Northern Europe and since 01.01.2011 CEO of BSH Home Appliances Ltd in the UK.
