Director, Carbon Reduction Management
Rupert is a Director of and Principal Consultant for Carbon Reduction Management a consultancy practice set up specifically to help public and private sector organisations reduce the environmental impact of their operations. Rupert has spent the past seven years advising customers on climate change legislation, energy technology and carbon emissions reduction helping them to shape their energy and environmental policies and procedures. In particular this includes the development of Carbon Management Plans, Carbon Accounting and Reporting in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and compliance with the Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme and the European Performance of Buildings Directive.
Rupert is a member of both the Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE) and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). He is also a fully accredited Commercial Energy Assessor and Low Carbon Consultant.
