The majority of our interviews are Competency Based Interviews. Competency-based interviews work on the principle that past behaviour is the best indicator of how people will behave in the future. So you will be asked to give an example of when you have demonstrated a particular behaviour in the past. There may also be a technical or functional element to the interview such as a case study or technical test.
