At Siemens we really value the self-discipline and knowledge you develop from completing a degree. We’re keen to support students whose courses prepare them to tackle the tough questions we find answers to. We do this via two Institution of Engineering and Technology programmes and a Masters in Engineering based at Loughborough University.
Power Academy
In partnership with the IET, we offer Power Academy students a combination of financial support and workplace mentoring. The Power Academy is designed to help address a serious shortage of heavy power engineers in the UK and operates through six universities: Manchester, Queens Belfast, Cardiff, Southampton, Imperial and Strathclyde.

E3 Industrial Academy
Through the E3 Academy, we offer three or four year sponsorship to undergraduates studying Electrical (Energy) Engineering at the Universities of Nottingham, Bristol or Newcastle.
