How do you apply?
To apply online for the Finance & Commercial Academy, click on the link on the right of the page. If your application is successful, we’ll ask you to complete a psychometric test, to help us gauge what activities you’re naturally good at, followed by a telephone interview and finally an invitation to an Assessment Centre, including a face-to-face interview.
Selection
To check we're right for one another, we'll pre-screen your application to confirm that you meet our criteria, and follow this up with a telephone interview.
If you are successful, we will then invite you to an assessment day where we'll get a chance to meet you in person, and you'll get an opportunity to find out more about us, and see where you could be working if you joined the Siemens Finance & Commercial Academy.
As part of the assessement day, we'll ask you participate in a number of group and individual activities. Thereafter, you will find out as soon as possible whether you have made it onto the programme.
Application
First things first, you need to complete an application form by clicking on Apply. This shouldn't take very long for you to complete.
As part of the application, we do ask for you to upload a current CV that outlines your education and any work experience you have. Please make sure you have this to hand when you make an application.
The earlier you apply the more likely you are to succeed. Once you've submitted your form, we'll confirm reciept of your application by email. After this, our recruitment team will personally review your application and contact you to advise if your application has progressed to the next stage.
