Can I apply for more than one role?
We recommend that you carefully consider the type of role you’re looking for and only apply for a position that fully matches your requirements and background. You can apply for more than one, but you’ll need to complete a full application form for each.
Why do you have closing dates?
Graduate roles are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you see a role you’re interested in, we advise you to apply as soon as possible. Check the closing date for your chosen role and regularly visit the website for new roles and updates.
What should I upload as part of the attachments section of the online application process?

I've applied but haven’t heard from you. What should I do?
When you submitted your application, you should have received an automated email to acknowledge receipt. When we have a high volume of applications, it can take a us a while to review your application. But if you haven't heard from us within 4 weeks, please contact us on 01276 690 204.
Do I need to fill in the application form in one go?
Yes. Unfortunately our system does not allow you to save the application form and come back at a later date. We suggest you work on your answers offline, then allow sufficient time to paste them into the form in one go.
Why do you use online psychometric testing?
We’ve found that psychometric testing is a good, objective indicator of how successful graduates will be when they join our organisation. We use the online system so that you can make sure that you are in the right environment and frame of mind before you sit down to take the test.
I have failed the online test, can I re-take it?
No, candidates will only be given one opportunity to complete the tests. Please make sure you take the test in the correct conditions (e.g. quiet area without distractions, plenty of time etc.) and within the set timeframe given to you by the recruitment team. If you pass the testing stage against one role, you will not be required to retake the tests for any further applications - please inform us of this by calling the team on 01276 690204
Can I get feedback if I'm not successful?
Because of the high volume of applications that we receive it’s not possible to supply feedback at application and testing stages. If you’ve attended an assessment centre or interview and you would like feedback, we’ll happily provide it.
Will I get my travel expenses paid if I am invited to an interview/assessment centre?
Yes, you will get reasonable expenditure reimbursed. If in doubt, check the details with us before you spend any money.
What provisions do you make for people with a disability?
Please let us know if you need us to adjust our processes – we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
